CHAINSAW AWARENESS COURSE 4/6/8/12 HOUR
Designed for anyone that uses chainsaws (including battery/electric chainsaws) this course is custom tailored to your company specific needs. We provide hands on training for landscaping crews, municipalities, fire departments, snowmobile clubs, environmental groups, and more.
3 DAY CHAINSAW BEGINNER-INTERMEDIATE
Chainsaw safety and operation across Canada this course includes safe chainsaw operation and basic tree falling (up to 6” DBH), limbing and bucking.
4 DAY CHAINSAW ADVANCED CHAINSAW/ FALLING COURSE
For candidates that need to learn to operate chainsaw safety and falling trees, this high paced course teaches safe chainsaw operation and tree falling.
CTF 1 DAY/ 2 DAY BRUSH SAW SAFETY: INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED
Brush saw safety training for tree spacing, lawn trimmer operation, maintenance, safety equipment, and safe operation of brush saws. Up to 6” diameter trees, and accepted Canada wide.
CTF 3 DAY CHAINSAW LEVEL 1
Introduction to chainsaw operation and (up to 6” DBH) tree falling. This course is 1 day classroom and and 1 day field work provided at your location.
CTF 4 DAY ADVANCED CHAINSAW /FALLING COURSE
Advanced chainsaw operation and tree falling. No pre-requisite training needed this course is 1 day classroom and 3 day field work provided at your location.
CAGC 3 DAY CHAINSAW BASICS LEVEL 1
This course includes how to buck and limb trees, maintenance, required equipment/ PPE, limb and buck trees, and removal of standing saplings up to 4” in diameter(4” DBH). This course is for workers in British Columbia and is a pre-requisite to their Level 2 faller entry.
LEVEL 3 PRESKILL
This is a free evaluation of a fallers’ skills that is planning to challenge the Level 3 or doing their final Level 3 Evaluation.
LEVEL 3 RE-CERTIFICATION
Depending on the certification, tree fallers’ need to re-certify their Level 3 with a certified instructor.
